Senior Property Manager | Hornsby (Northern Beaches Council)

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Professional communication with rental providers and renters
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine, ingoing and vacating inspections
- Accurate KPI reporting
- Close collaboration with the Head of Department The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management (preferred)
- Certificate of Registration
- Impeccable presentation and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a fast-paced workload
- Strong problem-solving and dispute resolution skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
