Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Community Nurses to join our team at Right at Home. As a Community Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include: Assessing, planning and implementing nursing care for clients according to accepted nursing practice and standards Providing interventions, treatments and therapies such as administering medications, and monitoring responses to treatments and care plans Assisting Registered Nurses and other team members to coordinate and evaluate care provided Promoting and assisting in health education activities for the prevention of ill health Educate clients and their families on healthcare management and promote a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications: Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Professional Indemnity Insurance Minimum of 2 years' experience Diploma of Nursing Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
