About Us Wheeler Heights Lotto is a friendly local retail and lottery store committed to providing excellent customer service to our community. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with lotto and lottery ticket sales
- Process retail sales and EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
- Open and close the store when required
- Assist with daily cleaning and general store duties
- Handle customer enquiries and promote current lotto promotions Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
