Production Technologies is a technical production company based in Oxford Falls NSW.

Servicing the live events industry across a wide range of events including corporate, television, fashion and major projects since 2003.

Production Technologies own and maintain specialist technical equipment for servicing high profile events across the country as well as maintaining a key crew of technical directors, project managers and technicians.

**The Role**

As Warehouse Manager & Driver, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our AV warehouse

and the safe transport of equipment to and from events. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys staying organised, working independently, and being part of live event delivery.

You’ll work closely with our production and technical teams to ensure all equipment is prepped, maintained,

and ready to perform on site.

**About You**

You’re reliable, practical, and comfortable taking ownership of a space and process. You’re organised under

pressure and understand the importance of equipment care and timelines in live events.

**Key Responsibilities (Detailed)**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control, and equipment tracking
- Prepare AV equipment for events (checking, testing, packing, and loading)
- Receive, inspect, and return equipment post-event
- Deliver and collect equipment using company vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the warehouse
- Identify damaged or missing equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist with basic bump-in / bump-out and in office support when required
- Follow, adapt and develop internal processes for equipment and warehouse management
- Follow WHS procedures and safe manual handling practices

**Essential Requirements**
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Forklift License
- Test & Tag Certification
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar hands-on role
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift equipment safely
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late finishes, and occasional weekends

**Highly Regarded**
- Experience in AV, production, or events
- Familiarity with basic audio, lighting, or vision equipment
