- A salary starting at $73 150 (depending on experience) plus superannuation

**Task & Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance on best practices.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assess, document, and report on children's learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure a safe working environment for self and others,
- Compliance with legislative and WHS Policy.
- Be a positive team player, with a excellent attitude and a joy for working with children.

**Qualification & Experience**
- A Diploma in early childhood or an equivalent approved ACECQA earlychildhood teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 12 months of full-time work experience as a Lead Educator
- Current CPR and First Aid qualifications, including asthma and anaphylaxis
- Hold the relevant Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Completed and current Child Protection Training
- Be knowledgeable about regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Passion for early childhood.

- $39.50 per hour
