We are looking for an energetic and approachable manager that has a genuine passion for desserts, food and coffee for Royal Copenhagen Dee Why Beach.
Our Café Dessert bar runs 7 Days a week. 7AM to 10PM Mon
- Thurs, 7AM to Mid Night Fri to Sat and 7AM to 10PM Sun.
To be a successful applicant you must have;
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- The ability to manage a business independently and operate autonomously whilst following the current business strategic plan and identity.
- Barista experience and food management experience.
- The ability to attract, recruit, manage, develop, and coach a strong team to achieve success.
- A willingness to work hands-on in the business and shoulder to shoulder with the team
- Experience and confidence with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other technology required to operate a café business.
- Proven success in managing a café and or food business
- Understanding and influencing the results of the P&L;
- Growing sales by providing top customer experiences
- Past experience as a business owner and operator would be advantageous however not necessary.
- Experience in work health safety matters.
- Food Safety supervisor certificate.
- Training staff to the Company standards
- Assisting in all areas of the store
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver the best service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $45,000.00
- $65,000.00 per year
