Our opportunity: As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead the way in creating and guiding technical solutions that solve real business problems and position us for what’s next. Your expertise will help ensure our systems are secure, integrated, and ready for the future. The key focus areas of this role include: 1) Lead the end-to-end development of the solution architecture across business areas, ensuring robust integration, security, and infrastructure that supports both current operations and future growth. 2) Collaborate and work closely with business and technology stakeholders—Chief Architect, Solution Development team, Cloud Engineering, Delivery Partners, Product Leads, Process Owners, and SMEs—to ensure that architecture solutions are aligned, understood, and successfully delivered. 3) Assess and recommend solution options, document and communicate architectural designs, and lead proofs of concept or prototypes to validate and refine our approach—ensuring every solution is fit for purpose and future-ready. About you: We are looking for an innovative Solution Architect who excels at collaboration and takes ownership to deliver secure, robust solutions.
