A highly successful real estate agency located in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. This team is dedicated to providing exceptional property management services to their clients. We are currently seeking three (3) experienced Property Managers to join this energetic and vibrant team due to internal job promotions.

**Job Description**: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of up to 400 properties with assistance from others. This agency embraces a POD-style working environment within a collaborative team, fostering a culture of support and success.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio ensuring the upkeep and maintenance.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.

Arrange property inspections and handle maintenance requests promptly.

Lease negotiations and renewals.

Coordinate advertising and marketing of available rental properties with in -house graphics team.

**Requirements**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities.

A genuine passion for property management and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
