Production / Fabrication Worker Northern Beaches Temp to Perm Opportunity | Full-Time Hours We are currently partnering with a well established Australian manufacturing client seeking a reliable and motivated Production / Fabrication Worker to join their growing team. This role involves working within a fast paced production environment, assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of precision manufactured components. You will be part of a structured and supportive team, contributing to the production of high quality products while maintaining strict attention to detail, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, assembly, and finishing of manufactured parts
- Operating basic hand and power tools (training provided where required)
- Assisting with production line processes and workflow support
- Reading and following work instructions and production drawings (basic level)
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures at all times About You:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or fabrication (highly regarded)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools in a workshop or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to set processes
