The Role

As a Manager, you’ll play an significant role in the day‑to‑day success of the firm, including:

Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax

Providing tax planning and advisory support

Building trusted relationships with a diverse client base

Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Working alongside Partners on client matters

Your Development

About You

6+ years’ experience within a Chartered Accounting practice

CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)

Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero and Quickbooks

Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset

An interest in mentoring and developing others

A steady, thoughtful approach to your career progression
