Landscape Supervisor - Project Manager (Terrey Hills)

As our NSW project pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for a practical, organised, and experienced Landscape Supervisor
- Project Manager to help coordinate projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years’ landscaping, construction, or site supervision experience who is ready to step away from being on the tools every day and move into a role focused on project delivery, coordination, communication, and problem-solving. About the Role You’ll work closely with our projects team, subcontractors, suppliers, installers, councils, builders, and clients to deliver outdoor construction projects across NSW. You’ll stay connected to site, but your focus will be on making sure projects are properly planned, coordinated, documented, and delivered. Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating playground, fitness, and recreation space installations
- Managing subcontractors, installers, suppliers, and site requirements
- Reviewing plans, scopes of work, site conditions, programs, and project documentation
- Preparing quotes, methodologies, schedules, and project updates
- Tracking timelines, budgets, deliveries, variations, and progress
- Supporting procurement, estimating, forecasting, and project planning
- Attending site inspections, meetings, and handovers
- Coordinating repairs, warranty works, maintenance, and after-sales support
- Supporting WHS, QA, subcontractor compliance, and internal project systems
- Identifying issues early and helping keep projects on track It’s a varied role where your site knowledge, communication skills, and ability to think ahead will make a real difference. About You You may currently be working as a:

- Construction or civil supervisor looking for a more varied project role You don’t need playground or sports equipment experience. We’ll provide full product training. What matters most is that you understand site delivery, know how to work with people, and are ready to build a long-term career in project management. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscaping, landscape construction, civil, construction, infrastructure, or a related field
- Experience supervising crews, subcontractors, or site works
- Strong practical understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Exposure to scheduling, estimating, procurement, variations, or project documentation
- Confidence communicating with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Positive organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Understanding of WHS, site compliance, and quality standards
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management systems
