Senior Domestic Maintenance Sales Plumber | $50/hr + Super + Ute + Uncapped Commissions Seeking an experienced Domestic Maintenance Sales Plumber for a permanent full-time role with a fast-growing plumbing and pipe relining business servicing the Sydney metropolitan area. This role suits a licensed plumber who is confident with customers, quoting, blocked drains, CCTV, jetting and selling larger works such as relines, dig-ups and hot water systems. You will be paid from $50 per hour plus super, with a company ute, phone and iPad provided, plus uncapped commission once monthly sales exceed $80,000. The Role This is a hands-on domestic maintenance plumbing and sales role. You will attend supplied leads, diagnose plumbing issues, complete smaller jobs onsite, quote larger works, and hand over bigger jobs such as relines, dig-ups and hot water installations to the wider team. Standard hours are generally 7:00am to 3:30pm. Overtime and after-hours work are available if you want extra earning potential, but are not compulsory. Key Responsibilities
- Attend domestic plumbing jobs across Sydney using supplied leads from the business.
- Diagnose and complete maintenance plumbing work including blocked drains, leaking taps and toilets, stormwater and sewer issues, hot water systems, small gas repairs and general household plumbing.
- Use CCTV cameras and high-pressure jetters to assess drainage problems and explain solutions to customers.
- Quote and sell larger works such as pipe relining, dig-ups, hot water replacements and other remedial plumbing solutions.
- Complete smaller jobs onsite where practical to secure the work and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Build trust with customers, explain options clearly, and close work professionally.Use a company iPad and field technology to manage jobs, notes, quotes and customer information.
- Work independently while being supported by a professional team, in-house training and business coaching. What Makes This Role Different? This is not just another maintenance plumbing job. - Current plumbing licence.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights (not needing sponsorship)
- Strong domestic maintenance plumbing experience.
- Experience with blocked drains, sewer and stormwater issues, CCTV cameras and high-pressure water jetters.
- Confidence quoting, selling and closing work onsite.
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners and explain plumbing solutions clearly.
- Professional presentation, reliability and solid communication skills.
- Experience with pipe relining, dig-ups, hot water systems or larger remedial works will be highly regarded. Benefits
