We deliver a fully integrated service from concept through to completion, giving our clients a seamless experience backed by expert insight and beautifully considered design. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a growing team, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join us. This role will see you based predominantly across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches, working on high-end, architecturally designed homes. About the role This is a unique opportunity to step into one of our largest and most exciting projects
- already well underway and moving into key construction stages where things really start coming together. You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing the vision to life, working alongside a highly capable team and seeing the project through to completion. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, this role also offers continuity beyond delivery, giving you the opportunity to move straight onto future projects as this one wraps up. As the Site Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Leading Hands, Carpenters and Apprentices, working closely with the Senior Site Manager and Construction Manager. You’ll collaborate with the broader Cadence team as well as subcontractors, suppliers and clients. About you
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
- Strong across both structural works and detailed fit-out
- Confident leading and mentoring teams onsite
- Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics
- Comfortable interpreting plans and driving the construction program
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Willing to be hands-on when needed Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
