We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced case manager to join our team and deliver high-quality, client-centred support to individuals with complex needs. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in transforming lives while working within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.Working with diverse populations, this role will provide comprehensive, person-centred case management support to our clients, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, living in our short-term accommodation.
