Libraries Coordinator (Port Fairy)

The Libraries Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused library services across Moyne and Corangamite shires. The role manages day-to-day operations of the shared library service, including supervision of staff and volunteers, coordination of branch activities, and development of collections and digital systems. - Current driver licence
- Employee working with children check
- Tertiary qualification in library, business, or community management Desirable
- Eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) Key selection criteria 1 Substantial experience working in the public library environment. Key selection criteria 2 Experience managing staff and volunteers. Key selection criteria 3 Demonstrated financial management skills that include budget development and management. Key selection criteria 4 Highly developed multitasking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
