**After Hours Coordinator**
Permanent Part-time
- Support and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care practices, processes, and services.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to uphold best practices.
- Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Unit Managers to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with VMOs to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices.
- Report directly to the Director of Nursing, contributing to strategic goals and objectives.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective leader with the ability to motivate others. You will thrive in an setting with the diverse challenges that rural health brings. You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective clinical practice role model
- Sound Computer skills
**To be successful you will need to be available during to work a 7-day rotating roster across all shifts.**
