A-Double Tipper Driver (Mt Gambier Based) (Warrnambool)

We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate. We are seeking a reliable and experienced A‑Double Tipper Driver to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier or the Southeast South Australia region. The successful candidate will operate modern, well‑maintained equipment in a shared truck arrangement, working rotating AM and PM shifts. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate A‑Double tipper combinations in compliance with NHVR regulations and company safety policies.
- Load, transport, and unload grain and similar bulk commodities as required.
- Rotate between AM and PM shifts as scheduled.
- Share and maintain company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Accurately complete and submit required paperwork and logbooks (including BFM if applicable).
- Conduct pre‑start checks and report defects immediately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
- Adhere to fatigue management and safety procedures.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism. Skills & Experience
- Valid MC Licence (Multi‑Combination) – Required.
- Proven experience operating A‑Double tipper combinations – Essential.
- Road Ranger gearbox experience – Essential.
- BFM accreditation – Advantageous (or willingness to obtain, company can assist).
- Clean driving record – recent traffic history may be requested.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional conduct.
- Willingness to care for and maintain near‑new equipment in pristine condition.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
