About the role

This role is based at Avalon Airport.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. In this role you will:

• Ensure a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging customers

• Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately

• Sell Hertz rental options to our valued customers

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues

• Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and associated requirements

• Work as part of a high performing team

About you

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

• A full and current driver's licence with a clean driving record

• Experience with vehicle rentals is essential

• Ability to monitor and organise the fleet on a daily basis

• Sound keyboard skills

• A adaptable approach to working hours, and availability to work every second weekend
