We are searching for a receptionist who can juggle ringing phones, admin chaos, social media sparkle, and still keep the snack drawer stocked! Yes, you’ll basically be the glue holding our real estate world together.

What you’ll be up to:

Greeting clients like the absolute Belle Property superstar you are

Answering phones with charm, confidence, and maybe a little sass

Creating fun, engaging social media content (bonus points if you love a Reel)

Holding the fort for both our Property Management and Sales teams

Keeping our stationery cupboards tidy, and our snack supplies thriving

Ensuring the office looks effortlessly organised (even when we’re not)

You’ll fit right in if you:

Are friendly, organised, and a natural people-person

Have a outstanding phone voice and an even better smile

Can multitask whilst trying not to spontaneously combust
