Hidden Minx Studio is growing and we are looking for a 1st year apprentice to join our team.

This is not just a job, it's the beginning of a career in a high standard, education focused salon.

We are known for our signature blondes, lived in colour and luxury client experience, and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

Someone who is motivated and genuinely interested in hair, well presented with a solid work ethic, eager to learn and take direction, positive, reliable and team focused.

We are looking for someone who is serious about building a career in the industry, not just looking for a job, with an interest in fashion, content creation and being part of a team setting.

About the role

You will be working alongside our senior team, learning all aspects of salon life while building your skills from the ground up.

In your first year, your focus will be on solid foundations.

This includes basin service, consultations, client care, how to effectively assist senior stylists, colour knowledge and core technical skills.

At Hidden Minx, our consultations and client care are a key part of the client journey.

We place a robust focus on building confidence, communication and real life skills, not just technical ability.

Each year, your skills will grow and advance through repetition, consistency and attention to detail in every element of hairdressing.

You will be supported through in salon and external education and hands on training in a structured supportive learning environment with daily exposure to high standards and premium service.
