Southcoast Curtains & Blinds are seeking a recent member for our team to fill the position of Administration and Customer Service. Someone who is proficient with the use of computers and their programs; and can provide a high level of service to ensure customer and supplier satisfaction with our communication, service and products. This role is based in Warrnambool, Victoria and is available for immediate start if desired.
Perks and Benefits:
- Above award hourly rate
- Full-Time (38hrs per week)
- No weekend work
- 4pm Friday Finish
- 3 week closure/holiday break over the Christmas/New Year period Main duties & tasks include:
- Ordering custom products and warehouse stock
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and quoting
- Scheduling of customer appointments & installations
- Managing and responding to customer and supplier enquiries via email, phone & in the showroom
- Assisting with showroom sales and helping clients choose colours and styles for their homes
- Liaising with the operations team on the progress of jobs Skills & experience: We're looking for an organized & positive person, who enjoys administration & thrives working in a team environment.
- Experience in a similar Administration / Customer Service role is preferred but not essential
- Efficient with computer programs such as Word, Excel & Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Must enjoy a busy environment and be able to multi-task
