Experienced Machine Operators — looking to upskill? This one’s for you! We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators with Magni capability, or the right tickets and attitude to step into a specialised role operating a Magni Machine fitted with a Woodcracker head. With work across the Warrnambool region , this is a secure, full time opportunity with consistent hours, overtime available, and DIDO options for the right candidate. The Role: Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll play a key role operating a Magni to support vegetation clearance around powerlines. You’ll work across Warrnambool, Portland and Hamilton , typically travelling up to an hour to site, with paid LAHA opportunities available on select projects. This role is centred around:
- Operating a Magni and learning to use the Woodcracker head in live vegetation management environments
- Pre-start and maintenance checks
- Setting up drop zones and exclusion zones
- Safety observing + chainsaw tasks What’s In It For You

- Permanent, secure full-time role
- Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts from 7.00am – 4.00pm
- Well-maintained equipment and supportive crew environment

- Flexibility to work away from home when required
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence working with equipment
- Motivation to learn machinery operation and expand your skill set Great, but not essential:
