In this role, you’ll be at the heart of plan management, ensuring participants' funds are managed responsibly while providing explicit, respectful support that empowers choice and control.

Access and manage their supports with confidence

What you’ll be doing

Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and on time

Managing budgets and monitoring plan expenditure

Supporting participants, providers, and internal teams with explicit communication

Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies

Maintaining high‑quality records and data integrity

Successful applicants must have

Minimum Certificate III in Accounts Administration or other financial Qualification

Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced workplace
