Senior Construction Manager - Residential & Social Housing …, Warrnambool

Bluestone is partnered with a growing residential builder delivering projects across the government, social housing, and medium-density sectors. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join the senior leadership team and oversee the success of landmark developments.

This role will play a key part in driving construction performance, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and implementing process improvements across the business. You will lead construction teams across a diverse portfolio of townhouse, medium-density, and social housing developments.

The Role
- Lead and oversee the construction division including Site Managers, Supervisors, Customer Service, and Construction Support teams
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, quality, and compliance requirements
- Provide technical construction guidance and support across all stages of delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, construction methodologies, and operational efficiencies
- Manage and strengthen subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Implement and maintain QA systems, site procedures, and compliance standards
- Work closely with senior leadership on business growth, resourcing, and project delivery strategies About You
- Strong background delivering residential, medium-density, townhouse, government, or social housing projects
- Proven leadership experience
- Sound technical construction knowledge with the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, OH&S;, and compliance requirements
- Established subcontractor and supplier relationships within the Victorian market
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Driven, hands-on, and passionate about delivering high-quality projects The Opportunity
