- Salary Range: $90,235.60 to $103,724.40 pro rata, plus superannuation About the role South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary Chronic Pain team in this part-time opportunity. Working within a well-established and highly regarded service, you will deliver specialist care within our Chronic Pain multidisciplinary team. As a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist working in Chronic Pain, you will:
- Deliver specialist assessment and treatment for individuals experiencing persistent pain.
- Provide individual and group based care across a broad range of musculoskeletal, rheumatological, chronic conditions, and chronic pain presentations.
- Facilitate education programs in both admitted and community settings.
- Work collaboratively within the Chronic Pain Clinic and broader Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology Department to deliver evidence based, high quality care.
- Contribute to service development, education, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives. What you bring
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with clients with complex health conditions and persistent pain.
- Effective communication and a client-centred approach.
- Experience in education, mentoring, and quality improvement.
