- Investigate complex issues and find technical solutions to help our teams run smoothly.
- Act as the first point of contact for our people when it comes to IT support for a workforce of over 600.
- Take ownership of incoming IT tickets through Jira, resolving issues directly or escalating when needed.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for technical issues with hardware, software, and meeting room setups.
- Welcome new starters with the right tools on day one and ensure meeting rooms are ready for collaboration.
