Production Worker (Warrnambool)

Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking a production worker for our client in Terang VIC. Our client is Australia's largest and only national provider of high-performance animal nutrition solutions. This casual role operates on a 24/7 roster, requiring flexibility across day, night, and weekend shifts and with the ability to work 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster. Key responsibilities:
- Operate in accordance with strict safety and quality standards
- Perform repetitive manual handling and physical tasks
- Follow detailed instructions and adhere to company procedures
- Work both independently and collaboratively in small or large team
- Operating and performing forklift duties What we're looking for:
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours across rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Ability to complete repetitive, physically demanding work
- No dust allergies
- working in environments where dust may be present
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift Licence (Essential)
