We are looking for a Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, Victoria. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $90,000, providing stability and the opportunity to lead catering, cleaning, and laundry services that directly enhance the daily lives of our residents. No two days are the same! Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards.
- Maintaining accurate and current resident dietary and nutrition information.
- Conducting internal audits, staff training, and competency assessments.
- Proactively identifying and resolving quality or compliance issues.
- Supporting a smooth, efficient, and resident-focused hotel services operation. About You
- Qualified Chef certification (TAFE or tertiary) – essential.
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or catering within a healthcare or aged care setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements.
- The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Clear communication skills and a robust commitment to high standards.
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid Australian driver's licence. Advantages
