About the Role An exciting job chance has arisen for a dynamic individual with experience in a high functioning Executive Assistant to join our Executive team. Melbourne Private Hospital is seeking an experienced EA who will take initiative and anticipate key events, identify opportunities to streamline processes and keep the Executive team informed of upcoming priorities. You will be competent in managing complex and frequently changing schedules, build robust relationships, be highly organised and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner. You will be supporting a rapid paced, high energy executive team, with a broad portfolio consisting of internal and external stakeholders. This position will be a permanent, full-time role, based on site at the Parkville location and working hours will Monday- Friday, 8am- 4pm. About Us Melbourne Private hospital is a 124-bed private hospital co‑located at the Royal Melbourne in the heart of Parkville, 1.7km from Melbourne CBD. Our hospital offers highly specialised services including extensive neurosurgery, neurology, advanced coronary care, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and general surgery. These services are supported by a 10‑bed intensive care unit, 4‑bed acute coronary care unit and 6‑bed neurosurgical high dependency unit. Key Responsibilities
