This is a hands‑on Process Engineer role where you’ll drive real improvements on the factory floor. You’ll analyse performance, solve problems, and lead initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and safety. - Improve production performance (yield, throughput, cost)
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/MOS)
- Ensure food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP)
- Set and maintain process controls, SOPs, and operating limits
- Support plant upgrades, trials, and capital projects
- Work closely with production, maintenance & quality teams
- Track performance through KPIs and reporting About You
- Engineering degree (Chemical, Process, Mechanical or similar)
- Experience in manufacturing (food, dairy or FMCG ideal)
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and safe work practices
- Confident working cross‑functionally on the floor
