We are currently seeking General Hand workers to join our growing production team. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be part of a dedicated team producing high‑quality food products enjoyed by everyday Australians. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients for production according to specifications
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Ensuring products meet all quality control and regulatory standards
- Strictly following hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures
- Accurately completing production records and documentation Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 am
- 2:30 pm
- Over time, as required
- Potential for afternoon shifts About You
- Be willing to complete a medical screening and police check
- Be punctual, reliable, organised, and committed
- Have sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Be proficient in reading and writing English, with the ability to complete production records clearly and accurately
- Demonstrate discipline, care, and attention to detail
- Strictly follow SOPs, policies, procedures, and WHS regulations (including consistent use of PPE)
- Thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Have good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods
- Be able to lift up to 30 kg and stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Show initiative, self‑motivation, and a robust commitment to product quality
- Hold valid working rights in Australia What We Offer
