Salary: From $***** per hour. Level 5 – Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement. Employment Status: Full time, ongoing. Location: Warrnambool. What you'll do
- Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high‑quality, client‑centred services.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans.
- Champion a positive team culture focused on continuous learning, respect, and empowerment.
- Drive service improvements to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. What you'll bring
- Experience leading and supporting teams in the disability, ageing, or community services sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS and/or aged care standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
