- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverage & cocktail preparation techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workplace and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
