IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 150 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia. About the role The Practice Manager provides quality services to Doctors and patients ensuring daily operations are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role leads the reception and nursing teams to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records.
Skills & experience Practice Manager and customer service experience Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications Leadership and collaboration skills Ability to develop quality working relationships Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
