- Enjoy a permanent full-time role with a values-based not-for-profit organisation We are seeking a Cook to join the team at Warwick Aged Care. In this role, you will prepare nutritious, home-style meals that bring comfort and enjoyment to our residents while supporting a safe and welcoming kitchen setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking meals in line with dietary requirements
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Completing basic kitchen record keeping
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive hospitality team About You Essential:
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial food preparation, cooking processes and food hygiene
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain, where applicable)
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Valid Australian work rights (Sponsorship is not available) Desirable:
- Previous cooking experience in aged care or bulk catering (highly regarded)
- Basic computer skills
