Kitchen Crew Member (Clontarf)

**Hours**: Shifts between **7:00 AM
- 2:00 PM & 5:00 PM
- 8:30 PM** (Flexible rostering)

**About Us**: We’re a **small, fast-paced, and fun** smoked meats restaurant with a **drive-through**. Our team is tight-knit, and we take pride in serving up mouthwatering food with top-notch service. **What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Taking orders** at the counter and drive-through.
- **Processing orders** through Uber Eats and in-person transactions.
- **Assembling and preparing customer orders**
- reheating **slow-cooked meats**, cooking **chips**, preparing **salads**, and plating meals.
- **Operating the till**
- cash handling and using the POS system.
- **Coordinating the drive-through** to keep things running smoothly.
- **Delivering food** to dine-in customers.
- **Cleaning duties**
- maintaining food prep areas, workstations, and front-of-house.
- **Following food safety procedures and checklists** (we take this seriously!).
- **Opening & closing duties** (junior staff **will always** have an adult rostered on with them).
- **Barista work**
- if you’ve got experience, outstanding! If not, we’re happy to train you.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **team player** who enjoys working with others.
- Someone who can **work in a fast-paced workplace** (you’ll never be bored!).
- Great **customer service skills**
- friendly, approachable, and confident.
- Able to **follow systems & checklists** to keep things running smoothly.
- Previous **fast food or hospitality experience** is a **bonus** but **not essential**
- we’ll train the right person!
- Barista experience is **highly desirable** but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for shifts within our trading hours.

- $25.00 per hour

- 30 per week
