Site Forman - Civil Construction (Warwick)

About the role As a Site Foreman at CSR Earthworks you will play an essential role in overseeing the successful delivery of civil construction projects in the Warwick QLD 4370 area. This will be a casual position with full time hours (approximately 40 hours a week). You will be responsible for leading and coordinating site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of construction site operations, including scheduling, quality control and task allocation
- Coordinating and supervising a team of workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to provide updates and address concerns What we're looking for
- Significant experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in the civil construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
