Registered Nurse – Aged Care, relocate to regional Queensland Our team is growing across regional Queensland, with several immediate opportunities in Warwick. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment. In this role you will:
- Deliver medication administration and clinical documentation.
- Conduct baseline and focused clinical assessments.
- Review and update care plans.
- Provide wound care management
- Support and lead care staff on shift.
- Liaise with residents, families and staff

Essential:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience working in aged care
- Skilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plans
- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
