At Wickham Freight Lines, we are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our Customer Service Team at the Warwick Terminal. This permanent full time position offers an exciting prospect to contribute to our dynamic and growing organisation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

This role will require the successful applicant to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday inclusive of public holidays.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
- Ensure all jobs are entered with meticulous accuracy into our system called Truckmate and match relevant paperwork
- Producing and processing paperwork in relation to loads
- Raising Manifests and processing POD’s
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handling general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
