We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions focused Employment Coach to join our **Warwick**team on a **part time** basis working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 3 days per week.

**The Job**- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality, timely, skilled recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Business develop
- sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures**The Right Person**- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
- Team player
- Ability to help customers from all walks of life
- Excellent communications skills
- Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Strong digital and administration skills
