Warwick Automotive and Cassels Automotive are one of Warwick's longest established motor dealers. We have been servicing the needs of the Warwick and Southern Downs community for over 25 years. Warwick Automotive Brands: Nissan, Ford, Isuzu Ute, MG. Cassels Automotive Brands: Kia, Mitsubishi, Subaru, GWM, Honda and Suzuki. We have a rare opportunity available at Cassels Automotive for a new and used vehicle sales consultant. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Great customer handling and negotiating skills.
- Be well presented and self-motivated.
- Must be able to follow instructions and processes.
- Must have proficient computer skills including word and excel.
- Knowledge of the motor industry would be of an advantage, but not essential.
- If you have customer service experience this role may be for you. A current driver’s license is a mandatory requirement. About you: Highly motivated with a competitive edge, you possess excellent communication, negotiation and customer handling skills and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. You thrive both working autonomously as well as in a cohesive team environment. You will be able to display previous experience in roles that have showcased these qualities. Outstanding customer service, quick rapport building, fantastic follow up, attention to detail, punctuality and reliability are all your strongest attributes. Previous motor industry experience would be preferred but not essential. Full training and coaching will be provided to the successful applicant. Responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers
- Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organising test-drives
- Negotiating deals for customers
- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
- Generating leads for the Financial Services and Aftermarket Team
- Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and generate referrals
- Making out-bound calls
