Venue Manager Clontarf

BOSK's home is the beautiful Clontarf Reserve, a hidden gem on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are looking for a venue manager to take over the daily operations of the property so if you're a friendly EXPERIENCED hospitality professional looking for an awesome place to work in a family business focused on its people, then we'd love to hear from you.

The role will involve you:

playing a vital role in overseeing and managing all operational aspects of our property ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Overseeing the daily operations of the venue

Managing and supporting the team, including recruitment, rostering, training etc

Handling guest inquiries and feedback

Managing budgets and influencing strategic growth of the business

driving the development of undercapitalised areas of the business

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and staff wellbeing.

You should have:

An eagerness to grow personally and professionally.

strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with guests, staff and ownership team

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a hands-on role and will require daily participation in operations. It will suit someone who has the independence and interest to grow certain business areas into something with extensive potential.

Daytime weekend availability is an expected part of the job. Occasional nights may also be necessary depending on event bookings.

Pay: $95,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year
