About the Role:

At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Warwick.

As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the chance to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain the grounds of the school.

Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.

Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.

Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.

Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.

Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

About You:

Certificate III in Horticulture.

Valid manual drivers' license.

Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Proactive and able to work independently.
