Currently we have exciting opportunities across our group where you can contribute to supporting our jobseekers to find sustainable employment. We are seeking a passionate, energetic and solutions focused Employment Coach to join our Warwickteam on a part time basis working from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 3 days per week.

The Job- Achieve KPI’s linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment

Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment

Deliver high quality, timely, skilled recruitment and training services to our jobseekers

Business develop
- sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups

Adhere to contractual compliance processes and proceduresThe Right Person- Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills

Team player

Ability to help customers from all walks of life

Excellent communications skills

Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

Solid digital and administration skills

Positive and energetic attitude a must
