About the Role
This role will be the primary contact for the portfolio of Home and Community clients and the support workers that work with those clients. You will be supported directly by the Operations Manager – Home and Community Supports, to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality care and to ensure our Support Workers are supported effectively to deliver this care.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for the Home and Community client portfolio and support workers.
Ensure clients receive the highest quality care and support workers are effectively supported to deliver this care.
Qualifications
Experience working in the disability space as either a manager or front line support worker.
Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.
Self‑motivated, driven, and looking for the next step in your career.
Willingness to learn and participate in regular paid training opportunities.
Embodiment of the ethos: Dignity, Respect, Individualised, Visionary and Engaging.
