Logistics Coordinator (Warwick)

Job Description We are looking for a highly organised and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team at our head office in Warwick, QLD. This hands‑on role focuses on ensuring the smooth coordination of freight movements, maximising efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling drivers and subcontractors for loads in a timely manner and in accordance with the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System.
- Ensuring drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads and pickups.
- Liaising with the logistics manager and other staff to meet all freight requirements of customers. Flexibility is essential as the business operates 24/7, including public holidays, and the role follows a rotating roster of four days on and four days off during daytime hours. Desired Skills and Experience
- Solid computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency or rapid adaptation to logistics software such as TruckMate for tracking and managing logistical data.
