We are currently seeking Community Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be providing tailored support to NDIS participants in their daily lives, helping them achieve their goals and promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.

Requirements:

Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including one weekend per month:

A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant experience or qualifications (or willingness to undertake training)

Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $35.50
- $43.00 per hour
