About the Opportunity

This full-time Administrative Support Office role is based within the Medical Day Unit at Wyong Hospital, offering a stable Monday to Friday roster with hours from 7:30am-4:00pm, except Thursdays which run 8:30am-5:00pm.

- Ensure accurate billing, capturing all revenue from patient presentations.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to support patients and staff professionally and compassionately.
- Robust administrative experience, including managing documents and information flow in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling billing processes and patient information.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with confidence coordinating competing priorities.
