Experienced Cook (Wyong)

Hernandos is looking for a Cook to join our kitchen. 30 to 35 hours per week, based at our Wyong venue. We're not your average restaurant, and we're not looking for your average cook. Hernandos is bold, warm and rooted in the flavours and spirit of Mexico. Our kitchen runs with pride, purpose and a lot of chilli. If you love food that actually means something, you'll fit right in. What you'll be doing Working alongside the guidance of our executive chef, you'll be hands-on across all sections of the kitchen. You'll take care of your station, uphold our food standards, and bring energy to every shift. We move fast and we cook with intention. What we're looking for We want someone who:
- Has solid kitchen experience and can hold their own during a busy service
- Understands food safety and hygiene standards (Food Handler's cert a plus)
- Shows up on time and demonstrates pride in their work
- Works well as part of a team The role 30–35 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday evenings. What you get
