Female Disability Support Worker for Spinal Cord Injury Care

Location: Watanobbi, NSW

Are you ready to embark on your Nextt adventure? We're on a mission to provide exceptional, person-centered care to individuals living with disabilities, and we need enthusiastic female disability support workers to join us in making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care and assistance to clients with spinal cord injuries.

Assist with bowel care, catheter care, and other medical needs as required.

Safely perform manual handling tasks, including the use of a sling hoist lifter.

Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.

Foster positive relationships with clients and their support team while maintaining skilled boundaries.

Requirements:

Experience with clients with Spinal Cord injury

NDIS workers screening check
- must be current

Working with children check
- must be current

NDIS "Quality Safety and You" module certificate
- or willing to obtain

Car with Comprehensive Insurance

Valid NSW Drivers Licence

Hours of Work (Shifts available 7 days a week):

10:00 AM
- 1:00 PM

6:00 PM
- 9:00 PM

10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM (active overnights)
